Job Description

Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners to maximize their performance on Snoonu. Track and analyze key KPIs and proactively identify and resolve performance issues. Work with the marketing and growth teams to plan, launch, and optimize promotional campaigns and seasonal offers. Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at partner brands. Use insights and reports to recommend actions to improve visibility, sales, and partner satisfaction. Liaise with support, logistics, content, and tech teams to ensure operational excellence and menu accuracy.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic & English
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and dashboards

Qualifications Required

  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
